Session Details

TranceBody™ sessions are performed on a massage table in a quiet, focused setting. Each session follows a continuous flow without a fixed routine, allowing the work to respond to the body in real time.

 

Massage remains the primary modality throughout the session, with vibroacoustic stimulation, breath guidance, and subconscious cueing integrated seamlessly as supportive elements. 

Verbal guidance is minimal and introduced only when it enhances the overall experience.

 

Sessions are designed to feel grounded, intentional, and immersive, with a sense of ease that often lingers beyond the session itself.
