Appointments: All services are offered by appointment only. A valid card on file is required to book. Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive services.

Cancellation and Arrival: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. Clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Session end times cannot be extended.

Health and Safety: Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health information prior to each session. Services may be modified or declined if safety concerns arise. Vibroacoustic services are not suitable for individuals with implanted medical devices unless written physician approval has been provided prior to booking.

Professional Conduct: McQueen Massage & Wellness Studio provides professional therapeutic massage services only. Any behavior, communication, or requests outside the scope of professional massage services may result in immediate termination of the session, with the full service fee applied. The studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services and to prohibit future bookings when appropriate.
