​McQueen Massage & Wellness Studio operates by appointment only. Each session is reserved exclusively for the scheduled client.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service to the card on file.

This policy ensures appointment times remain protected and allows the studio schedule to operate smoothly.

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Arrival Policy

​

To ensure sessions begin on time, clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session so that the schedule remains on track for subsequent appointments. Session end times cannot be extended, and the full service fee will still apply.

This policy supports a calm, uninterrupted experience for all scheduled appointments.
